Each session lasts for 45 minutes, to ensure our guests remain comfortable in our subzero environment , but if you need to pop out during your session then that’s fine with us.
Absolutely! Kids (ie: under 18’s) are welcome to visit any session and MUST be accompanied by an adult. Under 4’s go in for free, as long as you provide your child with appropriate cold weather clothing. Please bear in mind that arctic temperatures are not recommended for toddlers and babies!

While we don’t serve food inside the IceBar, we do have drinks available. If you’re looking for a meal, we recommend checking out nearby restaurants after your visit!
We recommend wearing long pants and closed shoes however, we provide snow capes, gloves and Ugg boots (where required). You’ll feel the chill no matter what you wear, however the more clothes you wear, the longer you’ll last!
It’s a very crisp -10c inside! We do provide gear to help keep you warm but we recommend you bring layers to rug up warm to ensure you make the most out of your visit.
We do accept walk-ins at the reception, but we would always recommend you book ahead of time to ensure you get your desired time and availability.
